A man who repeatedly breached a restraining order faces another stretch in prison.

Connor Dulson, of Plantation Terrace, Fir Tree, previously served a prison sentence for detaining a child without lawful authority and was given a restraining order, on conviction, banning him from seeing the teenage girl for three years, in January 2020.

Despite the order, Dulson continued to contact the teenager whilst in prison and was handed a further eight-month suspended prison sentence on his release, after contacting her more than 100 times whilst in custody.

But after being released this month, he was found with the girl again at his home on June 28.

The 20-year-old appeared at Newton Aycliffe Magistrates’ Court today (June 29).

He pleaded guilty to breaching the restraining order and was remanded into custody.

He will next appear at Durham Crown Court on July 27 for sentencing.
